We all enjoy eating good food, no matter where we are from. Focus differs from country to country when it comes to the way we enjoy it, though. While some people eat only to live, some others consider meals as another way to spend some quality time with friends and relatives. What about cooking? During my tiem here in London, I have seen an increased interest in learning how to cook or to improve the quality of our cooking. I am including myself here. Check the pictures some of the dishes below. What are your favourite dishes to cook?

Cooking is a great pastime. I had always had an interest, but there are two facts that have pushed the most for me to learn to cook properly:

It is funny to see how excited people can get over a dish that others have been eating their whole lives. This is especially so if their cuisine is not too rich. Social media has made it possible for us to share pics of yummy-looking dishes. Pinterest is full of them.

It is always fun to explore, and so I have made over the years a few dishes that I would have never known they existed, as well as well-known others I didn´t know that I could cook properly. Experiments have not always been successful, but as I said I think it is fun to just try and do it. Here are some of those pictures. Bon appétit!
