Reviewing the positive aspects in our life has possibly never been more important than in 2020. It is good practice to do this from time to time, so that the impostor syndrome<\/a><\/em> doesn’t make an appearance in stressful times. I feel that doing this is particularly important now that we’re more settled or more used to the current situation. I’m sharing some of my positives here, as they’re awesome, and some learnings to apply going forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, why?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As human beings, we can’t dwell on negativity for a long time, as that may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Not allow us to see the bigger picture<\/li>
  2. Cause illnesses and discomfort<\/li>
  3. Affect us in our relationship with others <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Is 2020 really being written off? It is really tiring to keep hearing about ‘these uncertain times we’re living’, the ‘new normal’, ‘back to normal’, etc. It all implies negativity, and everyone’s circumstances are different. I’ve already seen the damaging effects of this negativity in others, eg, people now being more selfish and unconsiderate than before. Have you seen this too?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So, let’s take a deep breath and smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
