Flying High in Brighton
We don’t have any doubt that UK prides itself in technological progress, and we can even see that in some tourist attractions.
I tried the British Airways’ i360 cable car when I went down to BrightonSEO in September. Built by the same team responsible for the London Eye and as a result of a public and private enterprise, it is a cable car attraction which takes you up 38 metres and allows you to see just that – i360 degrees around Brighton and beyond.
For those who are afraid of the heights, it goes up so slowly and smoothly you don’t even notice. The views are probably not as good as London, but they are still great. You can see the Brighton Pier in one of the pictures below.
What I found really odd was that they were serving English champagne. But, after all it was about flying high.
Visit their website (which needs a little updating) to get a bit more information and tickets. It is worthy, and you can probably see Brighton in one go and then head to the fish and chips restaurants or the rock bar.
