This trend of building green areas on top of buildings is attracting a lot of attention, to the point that we had to book in advance to visit Sky Garden. The experience was well-worthy.

It is a landscape garden which sits on floors 35th to 37th of the so-called ‘walkie-talkie’ building in the City, which was once voted the ugliest skyscraper in London. I found particularly appealing how architects have made the glass dome on top of the building functional and pretty. Most of the buildings around do not have functional roof areas.
